F - Focus on Customer Behavior
What motivates your customer to consider your product/service? What motivates your customer to buy your product/service? What motivates your customer to make a decision to buy your product/service quickly? By understanding your company’s customers, you can project that behavior on prospects that match customer profile and expect similar results.

L - Listen to Your Customers
Are you selling or are you telling? Don’t be so busy selling your product/service that you miss the important points about each individual prospect’s/customer’s specific wants and needs. Listen to what your customer/prospect wants/needs and tailor your presentation and your offering to meet those specific requirements.

C - Have Confidence
Belief in yourself and your product/service is vital to your success in selling. If you believe, your prospects/clients will be inclined to believe. And self-confidence can help you be more persistent in general and more assertive with when specifically necessary to help a customer/prospect take advantage of the benefits you are offering them.

K - Know Your Customers
Every prospect/customer is unique. Do your due diligence and take the time to learn what make your customers/prospects “tick” so you can approach each individual in the way most conducive to helping them see the value in your company and the value in your offer that has been customized for them.
